SMS terms and conditions

1. program

Nikita Jerschow service texts is a text message program run by Nikita Jerschow, a sole proprietor, from +1 (646) 760-6413. It sends two-way, conversational texts to customers about their quotes and orders for local home services (for example dumpster rental and junk removal), and to local suppliers about the jobs they agree to take. Messages cover quotes, order confirmations, scheduling, delivery updates, and answers to questions. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. opt-in

You join the program when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example when you ask for a quote, place an order, or agree to work with us as a supplier), or when you text +1 (646) 760-6413 first. How opt-in works is described on the text messages page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. opt-out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We send one final message to confirm that you are unsubscribed, and then we send no more texts unless you opt in again. To opt in again, reply START.

5. message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your quotes, orders, or jobs and on the questions you send.

6. costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Ask your wireless provider about your text and data plan.

7. carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. privacy

We use your mobile number only to run this program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change.
