I am Nikita Jerschow (online as nikitabuilds), a builder and founder. I founded Sendblue, an iMessage API for businesses, and ran it as a bootstrapped company until it was acquired by Raz. Today I build and operate a portfolio of software products and content sites, and I keep the build log on this site.

Sendblue was my first serious venture: an iMessage-as-a-service platform I started building in 2020 and bootstrapped to a full-featured iMessage API. In October 2024 it was acquired by Raz, one of its larger customers. The full story is in Raz Acquires Sendblue.
